Schöne Wohnung in schlechter Lage Positive: Eine große gut ausgestattete und moderne Wohnung, leider an einer Hauptverkehrstasse. Restaurants und Lebensmittelgeschäft fußläufig zu erreichen. Lademöglichkeit für ein E-Auto am Supermarkt. Negative: Der Erstzugang zur Wohnung gestaltete sich sehr kompliziert, da der vorab bereitgestellte PIN die Tür nicht öffnete. Im Nachgang stellte sich heraus, dass die Batterie an dem PIN-Schloss der Tür leer war. Nach Batteriewechsel funktionierte es. Die Schlafzimmerfenster ließen sich nicht zum Lüften öffnen. Schlafzimmer wie auch Wohnzimmer waren zu einer absoluten Hauptverkehrstrasse ausgerichtet. Das hatten wir uns so nicht vorgestellt. Der große Balkon mit Ausblick auf den Fjord ging über Dächer, Hafen und mit Blick auf eine super große Chemie-Industrieanlage (Anorganische Fluorchemikalien). Wow, fantastischer Panoramablick. Wenn man das Haus betritt, ist man zuerst vom Treppenhaus schockiert, weil dieser vollkommen umrenoviert ist.

Positive: A solid choice for a stay. The apartment is clean, centrally located, and has a nice view from the terrace. All the necessary amenities like good Wi-Fi and a washer/dryer are available and work well. It served its purpose effectively. Negative: While the apartment appears newly renovated, the finish is superficial. We encountered numerous issues, including a leaking sink, squeaky floors, and windows that wouldn't open. The constant street noise and lack of blinds in the living room made for an uncomfortable stay with no privacy from the restaurant next door. Be prepared for a challenging arrival; the free parking is a considerable walk away (ca.200m) and you'll have to haul luggage up a steep staircase with no elevator.

入住當天早上會收到email 告知樓下大門和房間密碼，離開房間要記得按鍵盤才會鎖門，check out 時要自己丟垃圾（就在建築物後方）。注意！大部分商店週日休息！ Positive: 空間很大，客廳、廚房、餐桌、兩間臥室、一間浴室，每間都很寬敞，還有小陽台可以眺望峽灣。 地點還算方便，附近有超市和餐廳。 Negative: 沒有電梯，樓梯狹窄要小心 淋浴間和馬桶區沒有門，僅有一小片玻璃做分隔，很容易噴的到處都是，而且沒有腳踏墊！

Pretty nice location, but the apt. is overrated. Positive: The apt. was very nicely furnished and easily findable.From the terrace it had a nice view. Negative: The parking is 300m away, what makes the packing and unpacking of the car a bit unpleasant. We were not able to open the windows in the sleep g rooms, only the terrace door was possible to open. The cot hooks were off. The sink in the bathroom were dripping. The street was very loud, also with closed windows.

Nice stay but bad management procedure for us on a weekend. Positive: Location, facilities and plenty of room. Negative: There was still the last tenants rubbish in the bins. And the hand basin on the left was leaking onto the floor, so we did not use.
