Negative: Aussenfassade unten (ausgebauter Keller), Eingangsbereich noch unfertig. Fenster im einen Schlafzimmer kann nicht geöffnet werden.

What was advertised as an apartment was actually an unfinished cellar or basement. There was a strong, unpleasant smell throughout the accommodation, and parts of the building were clearly still under construction. Around the entrance and windows, we saw exposed insulation, unfinished walls, loose cables, construction materials, old windows, paint buckets and other items stored in dirty, cluttered spaces. Even the dishes and kitchenware had not been cleaned properly, so we had to wash everything ourselves before we could use it. When we raised our concerns, the landlord was extremely unhelpful, dismissive and arrogant. Instead of taking responsibility or trying to resolve the situation, he repeatedly gave explanations that did not match what we could clearly see and experience. He seemed able to lie very easily, and we felt completely misled. We stayed for two nights only because there was no other accommodation available in the Odda area at such short notice—not because the property was acceptable. The photos show the actual condition of the building. I strongly advise other travellers not to book this place. It is not a properly finished or clean apartment, and it is certainly not worth the price.

Positive: Die Wohnung ist schön und gemütlich. Negative: Es war aus der Anzeige nicht ersichtlich, dass es sich um Souterrain handelt. Statt auf den Garten bzw. auf die Berge zu schauen, schaute man auf die Autoreifen der parkenden PKWs.
